Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
At Honeybee Waxing Boutique, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and our service providers. To ensure fairness, availability, and respect for everyone’s time, the following policy applies to all bookings.
1. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if services are canceled by the customer.

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be credited to the client’s account for future services.

If a client does not call and does not show, the deposit is forfeited.
2. Card on File Requirement

A valid credit or debit card must be on file to book an appointment over the phone.

If no deposit was collected at the time of booking, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
3.Courtesy Reschedule

We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule if you notify us at least one hour prior to your appointment time.

A courtesy rescheduled appointment cannot be rescheduled again.

If the courtesy rescheduled appointment is missed, canceled, or changed, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
